Conference rooms with glass walls that are in line of sight of the circulation desk to make sure you can easily supervise them.

You've probably already thought of this, but DEFINITELY ask for a couple of conference rooms off the main library.  They are great for small group meetings, book clubs, even to set up a green screen in.  The hard thing is holding on to them as belonging to the library when other departments find out about them.
