The Connecticut State Department of Education, in partnership with the Office of Early Childhood, invites all Connecticut stakeholders to participate in a Literacy Survey to deepen Connecticut’s understanding of its Birth-Grade 12 literacy landscape. Your input will help shape Connecticut's Comprehensive Literacy Framework by identifying statewide priorities, strengths, and needs across the literacy continuum. We encourage you to take the Survey yourself and welcome you to take it multiple times, if you choose, to represent the various stakeholder roles you may hold.

We invite you to share the Literacy Survey with any interested participants. Insights from a diverse group of Connecticut stakeholders will better inform statewide guidance to support coherent, evidence-based literacy systems.
