Want to take a more active role in Connecticut’s library community? Consider stepping into a leadership role with a CLC Roundtable!
Roundtable Chairs help bring library folks together around shared interests, ideas, and challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to shape conversations, spark new ideas, create connections, and help guide where your roundtable goes next.
You don’t need to be an expert or have a particular job title to lead. What matters most is having an interest in the topic, a willingness to bring people together, and a few ideas about what you’d like to see happen! Meetings can be virtual or in person, and
you’ll have the support of CLC along the way.
Roundtables looking for a Co-Chair:
Whether you’re excited to build a new community, grow an existing one, or simply bring people together around something you care about, this is a chance to make your mark on the Connecticut library community.
And if you have an idea for a roundtable that doesn’t exist yet, we’re open to creating new roundtables, too! If there’s a topic, community, or area of library work you’re passionate about, let me know.
