Hi Jenny,
I start the year in my media center with a mini One Book One School.  I select a picture book and read it to all of my classes, PreK-5.  I plan accompanying activities - usually stations/centers for students to complete that C are grade appropriate.  I usually give teachers an opportunity to participate  in some way.  This year I’m reading The Smart Cookie by Jory John.  Other books I’ve read in recent years are This is a School, This is a Story, and You Matter, and All Are Welcome.  I hope this helps.  Have a great start to your school year!

Hi all - I'd love to know if you've done any one book one school events and if so which titles have been successful.

Thanks in advance! Hope your back to school is amazing!
