Ours is very similar. The library is a location with two pass types. "Study Hall" means they are staying for the whole block. "Quick Pass" means they just need to print or pick something up or drop something off. This is also nice because, if I need to I can turn off the "Study Hall" passes when the library is fully booked with classes and there is no more room for study hall, but "Quick Passes" can stay open if kids need to print or pick up a book or chromebook, etc.

We are using it in Colchester
we have a "Quick Pass" for printing, returns, repairs...etc
we have a "stop over" pass for longer visits

Quick pass is an auto pass where the stop over needs approval

Is anyone using Securly Pass for the library?  If so, do you have any advice for how it is set up?

We have students who come for study hall but also quick visits, like printing or looking for books.  I am having a hard time thinking about limits because it seems like drop ins are very different than when students are coming for the entire block

We are switching from old school paper passes and I would appreciate any insight or tips!

Thanks,
Julie
