Good morning, 

I'm thinking about using building/maintaining a culture of reading as my annual goal. In the past, my principal has asked me to create an activity log of everything I do during the year that helps with this. I would write out the activity and explain how it works towards the goal/helps the students and staff. 

I've used beginning and end-of-the-year surveys for other goals but have not used one for reading culture. Has anyone used a student/staff survey related to this topic? Any recommendations for an existing survey or for questions to use?
