What time is it??????

 

It's time for a PHabulous meeting at Whiskey Joe's, 6:30. It's summer months, so parking is at a premium. Free valet.

 

If you want to bring your ballot in lieu of mailing, bring to meeting and ONLY give to Carol or Tim Gerlach. They will have a lock box for you to place it.

Sign Up sheets (at Welcome Court Table):

 

- 20th Birthday Bash, $40 for parrot head in good standing, $50 for non-parrot head

- 20th Birthday Bash embroidered polo shirt, $25 up to XL and additional charges for each size up

- Raft-up, Saturday, 9/6 - see Capt Dave. 

- Beach Clean-up, Saturday, 9/20 (more info to come). T-shirt event

If you have any items that you want to donate for the birthday party Chinese Raffle or Silent Auction, please bring to the meetings through 9/3 and give to Sharon. 

 

Attached is a letter that you can provide to a company. An official "thank you" is sent after the birthday bash to each contributor.

Register for the Conky Tonkin' weekend at any meeting through 9/3/14....

Dates: 9/12-9/14/14. 

Cost is $40 for any Parrot Head in good standing (dues paid) and $50 for non-parrot heads.  Price includes weekend activities, buffet dinner on Saturday evening and 20th Birthday pin.

Friday night - De Lei'ed Parrots / Chinese Raffle to benefit Clearwater Marine Aquarium

Saturday Pool party - Rich Schooner McGuire/ Pool games and PHun

Sign up with Helen or Bill for cardboard and duct tape race and synchronized swimming routines

Saturday Birthday Bash - Jim Asbell and the Tropiholics / Silent Auction to benefit Tampa Bay Watch

Sunday Bloody Mary/Mimosa morning - Michael Weiss

Theme: Conky Tonkin' - Dress up for Saturday evening is Caribbean Cowboys and Cowgirls. Prizes will be awarded.
