Something new..something different – Happy Hour at 81 Bay Brewing Company!

This is a craft beer brewery and yes, you can tour the back where the beers are brewed.

Brews range in price from $5-$7. Wine is $7, sake shots are $2.

We will have a special food truck on-site and here is the menu.

Voodoo Pig Food Truck

The Gastro Pig – Voodoo Pigs answer to the Cuban sandwich. Voodoo magic pork, sweet ham, Applewood smoked bacon, swiss cheese, Voodoos FOMO sauce and Fat boy Quickles packed inside the LaSegunda Cuban bread pressed with bacon fat. Served with Voodoo Chips!

The Big Boy
Mounds of Slow cooked barbeque pork Voodoo style with Fatboy Slaw and Quickles falling off a warm brioche bun. Served with Voodoo Chops!

Voodoo Dogs
Definitely more than a mouthful these dogs are no joke! 2 all-beef dogs packed inside buns with our Home-made chili, shredded cheese and Pico de Gallo. Don’t think you can double down…you can fly solo.

Nacho Voodoo
More than enough crisp kettle chips buried under Voodoo Chefs magic pork, Pico de Gallo, nacho cheese, Smokehouse barbeque sauce, Ranch dressing and cilantro.

Twin Tacos
Chicken cooked slow in more Voodoo goodness than should be allowed!  Served inside warn flour tortillas with cabbage, Pico de Gallo, cilantro, lime and Voodoo Ranch!

The Five Food groups
Bourbon, butter, bacon and carbs
Warm expresso cake laced with DIRTy bacon, butter and Woodford Double Barrel Bourbon all packed in a Mason jar, topped with whipped cream and….MORE DIRTy bacon.
