The PHiP BOD and MOTM Committee are requesting the entire membership to become part of the effort in shaping and evolving the direction of MOTM 2023 (and beyond), starting with completing the survey below.



Although efforts have already begun exploring alternative approaches in keeping Key West the destination point, the opportunity to include other locations would need to have already been started. To help chart the course and have your voice heard, all responses to this survey must be submitted by April 1st,, 2022.
