Time TBD - Duck, duck booze - $10 per cork and everyone gets a bottle of booze (NOT to be opened in conference room)
6:30 til - Concourse Conference Room - Rudy Cox and the Jumping Fences
2 remote bars (need to make $250 minimum for each bar). Drink prices TBA

Saturday, 9/17
Breakfast, Bloodies and Mimosas - times pending

12-4 - Pool party - Darby Ledbetter
Remote bar (need to make $250 minimum)
Pool games and PHUn

Concourse conference room
Time TBD - Buffet dinner and Silent auction
7pm til - Jonas Lorence Band
