This is a quick reminder that our logo contest is still open.  We've received a few submissions so far and would love to see more creative ideas come in!  The original details were sent on January 21, 2026 and are included below for easy reference.



Please share this with your members and let them know if they plan to submit a design, to please do so by February 21, 2026.  Remember....the winner will receive ONE FREE REGISTRATION to MOTM 2026!

Hello Club Leaders!



We have decided to do a Meeting of the Minds 2026 Logo Contest!  Please share this with your members!

We need all artists out there to submit their best design by February 21, 2026.  This promises to be a special year and we want a very cool event shirt! WE need YOUR help!

For the 34th Annual Parrot Heads in Paradise Meeting of the Minds the PHiP Board of Directors will be holding a contest for the t-shirt, credential badge, and convention guide cover design.

The theme for the 2026 convention is "The Tiki Bar is Open" This song was first recorded on the album "Live in Hawaii" in 2005.

Please keep in mind the logo should be a vertical design, it must fit on a t-shirt, a booklet, and a badge. Please include the theme of the convention, " The Tiki Bar is Open." The dates of the convention are October 21 - 25, 2026 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Both the date and the location should be incorporated into the design.

VERY IMPORTANT...

  *   All designs submitted must have your name, club affiliation, and contact number at time of submission.
  *   Please submit your multi-color design in a high-resolution file.  Preferred formats are Photoshop or Illustrator (psd, ai, or eps), but will accept a high-resolution PDF or PNG file.
  *   Please note your artwork may be changed to ensure best print quality.
  *   All submissions are due by February 21, 2026.
  *   No more than 8 colors in the design.
  *   We will not convert drawings.
  *   No black and white designs will be considered.
  *   ONLY ONE entry per registered person is allowed. We will not accept multiple entries, so take your best design idea and submit it for consideration.
  *   Your design should not contain any service mark, trademark, or copyrighted material unless you can produce documentation that you have obtained permission from the owner to use it in your design.
  *   Any entry not meeting the criteria listed above will be disqualified.
  *   We are looking for ORIGINAL artwork.  Please, nothing done with AI.

The contest winner will receive ONE free general registration to MOTM 2026!!



You will have your artwork on the convention tee shirts, the cover of the convention guides, and on the convention credentials.

Contestants must be a member in good standing of a sanctioned parrot head club to be eligible for the winning logo.

No entries will be returned. All entries become the sole property of PHiP Inc. for any use PHiP sees fit. While every attempt will be made to use the winning logo in its original design, some alterations may be necessary and PHiP Inc. reserves the right to include said changes.
