When we planned and coordinated the arrival of Bubba the goat for Skipper's Smokehouse, we had no idea the news this morning would bring.

Bubba moves to Skipper’s today (September 2nd) around 2pm… if you love Jimmy, drop by and leave some love for him with Bubba. Please don’t climb on Bubba or deface him in any way… but, we know losing Jimmy is breaking a lot of hearts this morning, so we want to share this with you.

All of this Bubba the goat business started in an effort to aid the charitable cause of Save the Manatees, a cause very near and dear to Jimmy’s heart - one he had a hand in creating.

Today, we will raise a glass for Jimmy with Bubba.
