Please make sure this gets out to Your Board ( at least). Not sure if We have all Board Members from every Club correct as We know Elections are scattered thru the year.

Please make sure that this gets to any of Your Clubs Board Members and or any Member in good Standing, that would like to attend. This will give Us the info on Attendees, so that We can make sure We’ll have plenty of Room. The Hotel info is below as well.

Conference info :

Friday around 5 Island Time will be a Meet & Greet, Cash Bar and Live Music.
Saturday Morning- 9am-3ish will be the Leader’s Meeting in the same room as Fridays Meet & Greet. See Form below to add Questions that bother You So for Meeting Topics.
Saturday Evening – At 7pm, Right next door to the Hotel is the Museum of Science and History (MOSH), at the Planetarium in MOSH, We will be given a Laser Light show put to the Music Of Jimmy. This Show lasts about an hour. We are asking for a $10 dollar donation to cover expenses for this show. ( and if you are so inclined to attend, before this show they are having the same only put to Led Zeppelin, just throwing that out there).
