Introducing Volunteer Buttons. Want them????? Volunteer for Beach Clean-ups and Events.
As part of your Initiation Ceremony, Volunteering is one of the paromises you made.
Since newbies may not know and oldies need to reminded, let's talk about what it takes to put on a 1 day event....
Membership Drive - 4pm-10pm....
1-2 Volunteers to pick-up tent, tables, spin-a-wheel/prizes from TBPH storage unit and bring to the event.
3-4 Volunteers to set-up and get ready to sign new members.
1 Volunteer for Spin-a-Wheel/prizes for each 1.5 shifts (so around 3 people)
1 Volunteer for Membership table for each 1.5 shifts (so around 3 people)
Total of 6 Volunteers for Spin-a-Wheel and Membership table.
3-4 Volunteers to tear-down
1-2 Volunteers to take tent, tables, spin-a-wheel and prizes back to TBPH storage unit.
As you can see when we say it takes an Army - you now can see why.
That being said, we will need the following for TBPH 30th Birthday Bash Volunteers. Sign-up will be available at the 8/21 meeting or you can reply to tbphpresident@gmail.com.
Need Duck, Duck, Booze Lead. Collect bottles and bring them to Birthday Bash for Friday Night Charity Raiser. Interested? Come and talk to your Lovely Lady!
