Attached you’ll find the nomination form for the 2025 PHIP Elections.  Please distribute to your eligible members.  Also attached are the listings of job descriptions for each position open for election. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these descriptions before you make the leap in this nomination process.

 Positions up for elections this year include:

• President
• Secretary

As an elected official, it will be your obligation to help move the organization in a direction that is positive and productive. There is a lot of responsibility involved in these positions and every club member will be counting on you to do your best.

After all nomination forms have been received, a final ballot will be emailed to each club’s representative for them to cast their vote.  There will be only one vote per club and must be cast by the official contact for your club.

Please keep in mind the following:

1 - All nomination forms must arrive via email to phipofficerelections@gmail.com  no later than August 31, 2025. Late submissions will be returned via email to sender.

2 - All nomination forms must be signed to be considered valid ... or
scanned if you choose to email your submission.

3 - All nomination forms must include a résumé and position statement
of the nominee.

4 - All nominees must be a member in good standing of a sanctioned
chapter of Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc.
