Honoring Jimmy Buffett

2 years ago today, we lost the man who brought us all together.  This weekend has been full of celebrations and remembrances of Jimmy's life and legacy.  While we weren't ready for him to go, he lived a full life with so many adventures.  
 

His final words were a reflection of his life's philosophy, which was to live life to the fullest and to enjoy every moment. It was a message to Parrot Heads and his loved ones to keep the spirit of celebration alive, a message he had conveyed in his songs and music for decades. 
 

As he entered his final days, he left us with a directive.....

HAVE FUN.  KEEP THE PARTY GOING!

Mac McAnally recalled him saying, “What a hell of a ride, keep it going, keep the party going”.

That is exactly what Meeting of the Minds is all about.....KEEPING THE PARTY GOING.  We will continue to do so, bringing our PHriends and PHamily together each year.  Our talented musicians will keep writing and singing about the life he taught us to live and love.  We will continue to Party with a Purpose, too.  

Meeting of the Minds is our PHamily reunion.  Our time to see our PHriends that we don't get to see all year.  We share tailgate party memories, concert memories and the nights we really can't remember with the PHriends we can't forget!
