Are you interested in helping with Meeting of the Minds?  We’re putting out the “All Call” for a Director of Registration.

 

We’re sad to say that Buffalo Joe has had to step away as our Director of Registration due to personal and professional reasons.  Congrats on the promotion with the FDNY, Joe!  But we’ll miss you as part of the team.

 

I am attaching the job description.  Please forward this email to your club members too.  This position is open to any club member.

 

Here’s an overview of the job requirements:

• The Director of Registration works closely with the Co-Chairs and MOTM team. 
• Prior to MOTM, you will work on keeping the Master Guest list current.
• Work with the Co-Chairs to ensure that the credential lists are correct and get those lists to the vendors.
• The position does require you to be at MOTM and on-site each day. 
• Work with the Co-Chairs and Board of Directors to get credentials sorted once on-site.
• Work with volunteers to ensure registration flows smoothly.
• You will oversee the registration check-in along with selling on-site day passes.
