We are not requiring repeat CXR for LTBI folks but they must sign declination of LTBI prophy if they decline, and in any case come in for yearly TB questionnaire.  Some UC campuses are doing CXR every 5 years for those who don't complete LTBI prophy. I personally think this is a good idea.  Warner

I know there was a brief discussion on this a few months ago, but asking everyone's opinion again:

How often are you sending employees with LTBI and no Rx for CXR screening (q 3 years, q 5 years, etc.) and what evidence/guidelines are you basing these intervals on?
