We are also flowing cdc guidelines with 21 days of temp monitoring. They can work if asymptomatic but if develop fever must get cleared by infectious disease md. We have meetings this week to flesh things out more finite. Would also appreciate the screening tool.

For example, travelers returning after visiting family, participating in mission work, medical care, humanitarian aid work? Are you considering furlough of 21 days following return under certain circumstances? If so, what is the threshold for making the decision to put someone on furlough (assuming they are asymptomatic; obviously those with symptoms would be directed to medical care)? What type of history are you collecting and how do you make that decision. I can share a draft screening tool we are developing, but would be interested in any others and any guidance anyone can provide.
