[MCOH-EH] Were the Dallas HCW's furloughed ?

Heard from CDC source that healthcare workers on precautionary isolation in
Texas were not going to be paid for the 21 days by the hospital. In
California, the Cal/OSHA Aerosol Transmittable Disease (ATD) standard,
which specifically covers Ebola as a droplet spread disease) requires
healthcare employers to pay full pay and benefits during such leave.
