Again, just mandatory reporting vaccination status, not mandatory they get it.
It is difficult to get employees to comply with just reporting

MMR and Tb are mandatory- all others are voluntary, but require signature of declination and reason as medical or religious. If the employee declines a flu shot, they are required to mask while in patient care.
