We require proof of vaccination or titers for Rubeola, Rubella, and Varicella for all and Hep B for anyone with patient contact. The employee can decline but if an outbreak of any disease as above would be told to stay home without pay because of no immunity.
They may also decline Influenza, but would have to wear a mask if we institute our mandatory masking policy, due to increased evidence of flu in our community.

MMR and Tb are mandatory- all others are voluntary, but require signature of declination and reason as medical or religious. If the employee declines a flu shot, they are required to mask while in patient care.
