I have a request to do some benchmarking for staffing if you can help me out.


1.       How many employees do you have in the organization? 6500


2.       How many employees do you have in Employee Health and what types (full time, Part-time, PRN?) and functions (Basic EH, Worker comp, Wellness, Exposures, onsite acute care) ? 4.0 FTE RN (one is WC), 0.5 MA
New hire assessments (including drug screens) , immunizations, flu, return to work, exposures, med surveillance, fit testing, initial injury eval



3.       What functions do you perform in Employee Health (Pre-placement, annual assessment, immunizations, sick visitsetc?


4.       Do you have staff dedicated to Wellness, how many? No


5.       What services does your Wellness Program provide? Tobacco cessation, Y membership discount, wellness committee (doing wt loss), annual wellness screenings through Simply Well


6.       How many staff for Workers compensation? 1 FTE


7.       Do you have a Workers Comp physician/provider in house or is that outsourced? Outsourced


8.       Who tracks exposures and injury logs? WC


9.       Do you provide an acute care or onsite clinic?     NO     If so- how many employees?                  What is the charge?


10.   Do you complete IGRA testing (Quantiferon or Tspot) for TB surveillance? TSpot on hire, we do TST for exposures, we don't do annual.
