[MCOH-EH] Tdap as condition of employment?

We require it of all new hires as a condition of employment.
We require it of all residents and fellows.
We highly pushed it to all direct care providers.   We have about 98% compliance.

Do any of your institutions require Tdap at time of hire as a condition of employment?  HR is revisiting some policies and would like to know.



Also, do you postpone N95 fit testing using Bitrex for pregnancy?  We have a recent refusal by a pregnant woman due to the knowledge that INGESTED saccharin crosses the placenta.  I cannot find any documentation about INHALED dilution of saccharin and pregnancy.
