[MCOH-EH] Pre-placement question

We do a very brief post offer pre placement exam that is really just a review of systems as relayed by employee.  We do a physical capacity profile on our transport flight team (mainly due to FAA weight/girth restrictions).

Do you require potential employees pass a pre-placement physical examination, either a Physical Capacity Profile, Lift Station, Back Test?
If so, which exam do you use?
