[MCOH-EH] Respiratory fit test

Same, PAPR if employee has facial hair interfering with the seal. We are careful to advise the employee that they are not just shaving for the fit test but they are choosing to stay clean shaven or to not grow facial hair beyond goatee or groomed mustache. The caution is that employees may shave just for the fit test and then grow facial hair the rest of the year which obviously defeats the purpose.

We use PAPR as well (if the employee chooses not to remove facial hair).

We have encountered new employees with beards who refuse to shave due to religious reasons. Has anyone experienced these issues and how do you address?
