[MCOH-EH] Patient lifting/transfer teams

We do not have a lift team - as below all patient care staff are trained to use our ceiling and or portable lift devices for patients > 35 lb who cannot assist

We do not have dedicated lifting teams. All of our staff (nursing, physical and respiratory therapy, patient transport, etc)  is trained to use the variety of lifts and mobility equipment.

Does your facility have a dedicated staff for patient lifting/transferring?

If not, how do you provide extra personnel when they are needed?

If yes, does the team cover the facility 24/7?

If yes, does the team have other duties to occupy their down time when they might not be call to transfer/lift a patient?
