Same here and it does work well.  We use CRL for our rapid drug & cotinine tests and send out for confirmation on any ‘inconclusive’.

We perform urine testing; automatic cup on sight and certified lab for confirmations.  It works well.

My hospital administration is reviewing current policy for drug screening.  Currently we perform hair follicle but they are contemplating switching to urine.  What are other facilities doing and, if you would, what was the rationale for the chosen method?
