[MCOH-EH] MCOH-EH Digest: Revaccination with Trumenba and Bexsero

At this time there is no recommendation for revaccination with Trumenba or Bexsero. This is because the data needed to determine duration of protection are not yet available. Hopefully, by the time the earliest cohorts who received MenB vaccine might need revaccination, the recommendation will be in place. To see the slides reviewed at the June ACIP meeting on these vaccines, including immunogenicity, see: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/acip/meetings/slides-2015-06.html

Question about Trumenba???
I know we give the Menactra every 5 years, there is no recommendation for the frequency of revaccination with Truemba. Does anyone know?

Thanks,
Phil Adamo

Just curious if any of the hospitals/facilities offer meningitis vaccination for their high risk (e.g., emergency department) staff. Thanks.
