[MCOH-EH] Modified physical demands testing on post offers

We used to have access to FCE before I got to UCLA via the PT department but they quit offering it.   At times I do push pull lift grip dynomometry on RTW FFD if capabilities or restrictions not clear from treater..like “no lifting over 5 lbs” and the injury is post rotator cuff repair…I say this about a week ago.

Does anyone utilize a modified, abbreviated form of FCE to test post offer employees and/or employees returning to work with orthopedic or other conditions that may impact their physical abilities?  If so what job categories do you include: EMT’s, Paramedics, Home Care Clinicians?
