[MCOH-EH] Flu vaccination

Once the vaccine is taken a "badge buddy" is issued and the health care person wears it for the season. I is s laminated card slightly larger than the ID badge which on the exposed part says "Flu Season 2015-2016" for example and is a different color each season, so any patient or manager or co-workers can readily see it.  Link to the LA County order on vaccine or mask is on the covered part of the badge buddy. Otherwise mask in patient care areas.

How do you monitor the employees who decline and must wear a mask?
Also, do you have enforce mask compliance? What are consequences if employee/physician refuses to wear the mask?

We have a mandatory Flu vaccination policy where the employees can decline but they must wear a mask for the flu season.  Those that get vaccinated get a sticker on their badge.  The sticker changes from year to year.

Our organization has a mandatory flu vaccination policy.  Employees who are vaccinated have a sticker on their badge denoting that they have received the vaccine.  Managers are also sent lists of outstanding employees who need to be vaccinated on a periodic basis.

What are your organizations doing to help managers identify who has or has not had a flu vaccine? At this time we are not mandatory but they have to wear a mask if they decline.
