Nor DMC.  Keep in mind that hair tests for something very different than urine.  Urine screens out those who are so careless that they cannot manage to keep drugs out of their bladder at the time of pre-placement.  Those folks are very bad candidates for employment.  On the other hand, hair can tell you about drug use within the prior 3 months - it all depends on how aggressive you wish to be about occasional recreational drug use.  Keep in mind that there is controversy about the extent to which a positive hair test for marijuana is tied to adverse employment outcomes.
