[MCOH-EH] MCOH-EH Employee Health Organizational Structure

Employee Health reports to HR here. 

We are currently re-evaluating that though-  As we add new programs under our umbrella, such as drug diversion and personalized health coaching, we have met some concerns about employee privacy and the line between HR and employee health confidentiality.

It is not unusual in industrial settings for occupational health to report up through Risk or Human Resources. I have the idea occupational health (Employee Health) in healthcare frequently reports to Human Resources. Does anyone report through a clinical or nursing department?
