[MCOH-EH] returning for 2 step ppd

We do not clear them till the 2 step is complete.
The 2nd TST is placed 7 days after the 1st TST, totaling 3 visits and 9 days for completion.

How does everyone get new hires to return for their second ppd?   It seems like we continually are trying track people down.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
