[MCOH-EH] ADA Reasonable Accommodation

Dear List Serve,

Have your facility ever provided a "personal care assistant" to an employee as reasonable accommodation? We have a resident in a wheelchair that is requesting assistance for bathroom transfer assist to toilet and personal hygiene.

Any recommendations or ideas are appreciated.
