[MCOH-EH] Projected/Actual Savings from Early Return to Work Programs

Does anyone have a method for calculating cost savings (projected or actual) realized from allowing employees with both personal and work related injuries and illnesses to return to work on restricted/transitional duty.  Thanks for your help.
