Like Erika below,

After a conditional job offer the applicant is scheduled for a
pre-placement exam where a history and physical is performed with
screening for tb/immunizations. Applicant is not cleared to work till
all screening requirements are complete.

We do a preplacement health assessment with TB/immunization review and
drug screen.  We do allow them to start with only one TB skin test - we
do a 2 step process and allow them to have the second test the week of
orientation.
