[MCOH-EH] high dose flu vaccine for employees over age 65

Yes- we checked with the manufacturer on Quad and apparently it is not licensed for > 65 y/o although that seems to be something that may happen next year.
We only provide high dose for >65 y/o employees.
If someone else has other information, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
