For UCLA Health System 4 hospitals and 8 clinics it is jointly lead by Occupational Health, Infection Prevention and EHS
For campus (includes all the medical school MD, dentists and 200 medical clinics among other things only noted because the MD faculty are "campus" working in Hospitals) it is jointly owned by OH and Biosafety (which resides with EHS)

Implementation of a bloodborne pathogen exposure control plan requires input from multiple departments within a hospital.  What specific department at your hospital or across your organization is the driver/leader for your bloodborne pathogen exposure control plan?
Is it Environmental Health and Safety, Infection Prevention, Occupational Health or another department?
