[MCOH-EH] Guidelines for Infection Prevention in Health Care Personnel

Where can I find current guidelines on when to restrict Healthcare Personnel from direct patient care/working if they are ill? I am updating our policy and the latest reference stated is from the CDC in June 1998. I was hoping to find something more current!
