Our facility is doing a comparison in anticipation of purchasing a new Employee Health database.  Would you be willing to share information about the database you are using.

What current database are you utilizing? Agility plus EMR (NPs use EMR templates for charting, escripts, etc)
Does it meet your needs? Most.  Just purchased Clockwise scheduler ..web based scheduler for our appointments for urgent care and occupational health so employees can self schedule.  Clockwise interfaces with Agility scheduler and has very comprehensive features.  We are just starting the project, completed required IT security assessment and BAA so have  projected implementation date of June 2017.
Does it include an Employee Self Serve Portal for immunizations? We purchased employee/manager portal and will have IT install after scheduler.    We are also interfacing with EPIC so employees can get immunizations via MyChart in EPIC.
Does it include a manager Self Serve Portal? Yes...not started yet so can't give feedback.
Does it have scanning capabilities? Yes, we are chart free and many forms are interactive but not all yet.
Georgia- Does the database interface with GRITS (Georgia Registry)?  Can interface with Fl Shots, which is similar registry.  We have pending IT project on this.
