Thank you Sara.  We are using the precursor to Pure OHS.  Good luck with
your process and know there are good and bad components of the best
products.  You're welcome to contact our group if you have any questions as
well.  We've been using some form of electronic records since 1994 and it is
such a niche market, there are not a huge number of vendors.

We are currently on paper, but looking at Pure OHS.  I really liked their
demo.  I have heard negative reviews about Axion and not heard of
Enterprise.  I look forward to hearing the responses as well.
