[MCOH-EH] TB conversions

If symptoms are negative and CXR also negative; we send to our NPs for LTBI treatment; INH daily for 9 months or INH plus rifapentine weekly DOT for 3 months, and record in OSHA log... unless there is very clear evidence it is not work related as in CA it is presumed work related for HCWs.
