[MCOH-EH] question about provided vaccines

I'm curious about a couple of issues relating to providing vaccines to HCW's.

First, there are some vaccines that are specifically recommended for those with asplenia, such as mcv4 abd menB vaccines, and PCV and ppsv.  Are people providing these at institutional expense or referring HCW's back to their pcp for these?

Additionally, what have people done for hep A, and is anyone doing anything different due to local  conditions where you are?
