Does your organization have a process for evaluating the ability of prospective, or existing employees,  to perform safety sensitive jobs? If so, please explain.

How does your organization define safety sensitive work?

Have you evaluated all positions and made a determination on which ones are safety sensitive? If so, are you able to share your list?
