[MCOH-EH] assessing employee memory issues

Hello-

We have a nurse that is showing signs of memory loss.  She was taken off from work until she sees her primary care provider. I'm looking for tools to use to assess her when she is ready to return to work.  I have the mini mental state examination that I can use, but looking for more assessment tools.  I want to be able to make sure that she is safe to return to work.

As our workforce is aging, this will be something that comes up again, so I would like to have some resources pulled together.
