[MCOH-EH] Pneumococcal and Herpes Zoster Vaccines

In addition to MMR, varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, flu  and meningitis (micro) we offer shingles and Hepatitis A.    We are just starting to offer the new Shingle vaccine and will be offering the pneumococcal vaccines soon.   We only offer the shingles and pneumococcal to  employees with our medical insurance and cover it at 100%.   We can enter Shingles and Pneumococcal in the hospital EMR so the PCPs have a record.

We are moving toward offering "non-occupational" ACIP-recommended adult vaccines, although workflow and cost/reimbursement issues remain .  So far, modest demand has been primarily for zoster and pneumococcal vaccines. I'd love to hear if and how others are addressing this need.  Amy
