We are living and working in a world of ‘Health Business Chaos’ rather than ‘Health CARE Systems’.

The management response here has to be a classic in health and safety. First of all, I didn't know that a car could be customer. Second, apparently if they aren't patients yet we don't need to care about their health, or the employees health. Maybe what is needed here is a dose of what is the right thing to do as opposed to what is the least we can do.

I am also interested in the groups response.  Management pushing back stating valets customer is the car and those driving the car are not yet patients, therefore we do not need to treat like we would a face- to-face Health care provider so they don't need much of anything.
