[MCOH-EH] Suspected fentanyl use

I would call your MRO and ask him or the pharmacist.  Fentanyl has a half life of 3.7 hours.  So that leads me to ask, how long does it last in the urine?

*        How would you proceed if an employee was suspected of fentanyl use?

*        Would you test urine, saliva or blood?

*        Can you provide the information on the screening panel used?

*        Where would the specimen be sent for testing?
