[MCOH-EH] Reporting structures for occupational health?

Hello
We care for both employees of the hospital and outside clients. I report to the nursing director of the ED, our physician reports to the medical director of the ED.
I am curious how many have a split reporting structure?

Everyone, I am doing some research to determine where occupational health reports to within hospitals/medical systems? Such as to HR, Medical, etc.

Is some organizations, various elements may report up to different leaders: e.g. medical to CMO, finance to CFO, etc.
